Above you can see Beyoncé‘s lovely legs wearing Louis Vuitton sandals, and I believe the picture was taken not so long ago….which leads me to observe that some women do not feel the cold…at least as far as their legs are concerned.  No sandals should ever be worn with stockings or tights, heaven forbid, but winter is often cold in certain parts of the world.

I was recently in New York City and the streets of Manhattan were scoured by bare-legged ladies who were mostly wearing shoes, though some fearlessly wore sandals….wearing protective clothing on one’s legs has obviously gone out of fashion in that part of the world.  Not being so courageous, I wore my old-world tights every day, feeling most comfortably warm and wondering why New York women either prefer to suffer or do not feel the cold.  Does anybody know???
